Terms of Use

1. What SecurePublish is

SecurePublish ("we") lets you publish an HTML page — usually an AI-generated dashboard or report — and share it with people at your company, under the access rules in these Terms. You publish through your AI agent or the command line (CLI), and you manage your links in the console.

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Who can use it

The service is meant for professional use, by people acting for themselves or for the company they work for. If you use it on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to do so. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

3. How link access works

4. Your content and your responsibility

5. Size limit

Each publication can contain up to 3 MB of HTML. Larger publications are not accepted.

6. Removing links, content and your account

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to:

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend an account, a link or access to the service, and remove content, in case of a breach of these Terms, a security risk, a legal order, or use that harms others. When reasonable, we will let you know; we may act without prior notice when we consider it necessary. You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account and data via the contact email (see section 6).

9. Security

We work so that each link opens only for authorized people. Still, no system is free of risk, and we make no absolute security promises. SecurePublish does not replace your company's own security policies.

10. Service "as is"

The service is provided "as is", without warranty of availability, performance or fitness for a particular purpose. There may be downtime, maintenance and changes. We don't promise uninterrupted operation or that the service fits a specific need of yours.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss resulting from use of the service, nor for content published by users. Where the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, or to R$ 100.00 if the service was used without payment. This does not limit rights that the law does not allow to be limited, including consumer rights where they apply.

12. Price

The service is free for now. If paid plans are introduced, we will tell you before any charge.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. When a change is relevant, we will give reasonable notice — for example by publishing the new version on this page, in the console or by email. Continuing to use the service after the change means you accept the new version.

14. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of Curitiba, State of Paraná, Brazil, are elected as the venue, without prejudice to the consumer's own venue where the law provides for it.

15. Contact

[email protected] — for security issues, content reports and requests about your data.
